Refund policy

At Daidiadam Creations, each item is made to order with care, which means we do not hold inventory. Because of this, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.

Damaged or Defective Items
 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item and the packaging
  • Your order number
We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Approved replacements will be reprocessed and shipped at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges
 Since every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details and sizing information before completing your purchase.

Cancellations
 Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
