How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made especially for you once your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing, and 3–8 business days for shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons like size or change of mind. Please double-check your order details and sizing before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How can I check my order status?

You’ll get a confirmation email after placing your order, and another with tracking information once it ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, feel free to reach out to us.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review and send a replacement if needed—at no extra cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We begin working on your order shortly after it’s placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to update anything.
